Abstract

A cold state test was performed on a 300MW circulating fluidized bed boiler. It mainly includes: calibration of air volume measuring device, uniformity test of secondary air nozzle and characteristics of lower secondary air baffle, resistance test of air distribution plate, and resistance test of material layer. By plotting the characteristic curves of the resistance of the air distribution plate and the resistance of the material layer with the air volume, the relevant analysis methods are given for the selection of the critical fluidized air volume, and the minimum fluidized air volume for hot operation is determined. The test results show that the air velocity of the secondary air nozzle is good, the adjustment performance of the lower secondary air baffle can meet the needs of changes of bed temperature, the minimum fluidized air volume is 150kNm3/h, and the returning device works normally.
