Abstract
Objective To investigate the occurrence of adverse drug reactions (ADRs) in our hospital and to promote the rational drug use clinical medicine.Method Analyzed the 192 ADR cases collected in our hospital from 2008 to 2009, retrospectively.Results The occurrence of ADR induced by antibacterials ranked the first. The ADR of skin and its appendages counted for 41%. Conlusion To lessen or avoid the occurrence of ADRs in clinical medicine, should pay attention on the reporting and the monitoring of ADRs.
