Abstract

The main sound source equipment of UHV substation is transformer, high voltage shunt reactor and capacitor. According to the previous literature, the main research object of substation noise modeling and calculation is transformer. In foreign research, Gordon C.G. established the acoustic model of transformer for the first time in 1979. When calculating the sound field around the substation, the sound source such as transformer is simplified as an ideal point source model. The sound wave emitted from the point source propagates in space in the form of spherical wave. In this way, the calculation process is simplified and easy to program, but its application scope is limited, Considering the influence of other noise source equipment and obstacles in the substation, the point source model is not scientific and reasonable. Since then, various sound source models of main equipment proposed by different scholars have been further improved on this basis. For example, Xiao bing used noise software to carry out noise prediction and analysis. Different models were selected according to the nature of noise sources. Large equipment such as main transformer and high-voltage reactor were modeled in the form of area sound source, while wires were considered as line sound source, Other noise generating equipment shall be considered as point source[1]. This paper involves the acquisition of noise source model parameters of UHV substation main equipment, the analysis of substation noise propagation mode and influencing factors, the determination of substation noise prediction method and platform construction.
