Abstract

Talent is an essential element of urban economic development and the key to determining urban competitiveness. The core of improving urban competitiveness is to create a good talent environment, enhance the attractiveness of talents, and expand the scale and level of cities, at the same time to keep pace with The Times to adjust relevant policies to attract talent. In this paper, a city in the Yangtze river delta region is taken as an example. According to the market demand for talents, a BP neural network model of talent demand is established to obtain the relationship between talent supply and demand in the market. Then, according to Holland's occupational classification model, it classifies the occupational demand of the market and further analyzes the talent demand model. The wavelet neural network was used to predict the change of talent demand, and the data of potential talent demand in the next three years were compared and analyzed.
