Abstract
The tight oil in the Fuyu reservoir in northern Songliao Basin is a realistic replacement field for the increase of reservoir and production in the Daqing oilfield, which has important strategic significance. In this paper, the accumulation conditions of the Fuyu reservoir in the Shuangcheng area are systematically studied. It is concluded that the dark mudstone in the Qingyi formation is the material basis for the formation of tight oil because of its wide distribution, large thickness, and good hydrocarbon generation index. The reservoir is mainly composed of siltstone formed by a fluvial and shallow delta sedimentary system, with an average porosity of 9% and permeability of 0.9mD, which is a typical tight reservoir. The top faults of the Fuyu reservoir are well developed, and the oil and gas are distributed under the overpressure of the Qingyi formation. The distribution of oil and gas is controlled by the distribution system matched by fault and sand. The Fuyu reservoir in the Shuangcheng area has great potential for tight oil resources, and the volume method is used to calculate the resource amount of 0.25 million tons. Through comprehensive analysis of reservoir formation, favorable areas such as the northwest Schuangcheng depression are further selected, which provides resources and target support for tight oil exploration and deployment.
