Abstract

Carrying out emergency rescue and other urgent work is one of the main tasks. Rescue and rescue operations are actions to save people, material and cultural values, protect the natural environment in emergency zones, localize emergency situations and suppress or bring to a minimum possible level of exposure to the characteristic hazardous factors. Emergency rescue operations are characterized by the existence of conditions that threaten the life and health of people carrying out these works, and require special training, equipment and equipment.
