Behavior-based safety (BBS) programs are a safety approach based on human behavior and social relationships in the work environment. This approach aims to increase employee awareness, commitment and responsibility to create a safer and healthier work environment. A behavior-based safety (BBS) approach focuses on human behavior to reduce the risk of workplace accidents and injuries. This research uses a qualitative approach that combines observation and interview methods. This approach was chosen to gain a deeper understanding of the safety behavior of PT employees.
