Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of the School Participation Rate on Gross Domestic Product, to analyze the effect of the School Participation Rate and Gross Domestic Product on the Percentage of Poor People, to analyze the effect of the School Participation Rate on the Percentage of Poor People through Gross Domestic Product. This research is quantitative research and library research. Data source from the Central Bureau of Statistics. The sampling in this study used data on school participation rates from 7-18 years old, the percentage of poor people and Gross Domestic Product during 2013-2019. The data analysis technique used is Path Analysis, T Test and Sobel Test. Based on the results of data analysis, it can be concluded that there is no significant effect of the School Participation Rate on Gross Domestic Product, there is a significant effect of the School Participation Rate on the Percentage of the Poor, there is no negative and statistically significant effect of Gross Domestic Product on the Percentage of Poor People negative mediation of the School Participation Rate variable through Gross Domestic Product to the Percentage of Poor Population.
