Abstract

Recently, the frequent occurrence of cybercrime has brought a significant negative impact on the development of society. Based on the geographical location of Southeast Asia, where the Golden Triangle region is located, there have been frequent outbreaks of fraud crimes in recent times. Therefore, this article takes Southeast Asia as the research object and focuses on the discussion of criminal incidents in the region. At the same time, the article provides relevant issues brought about by transnational crime and its negative impact on social development. Finally, the article elaborates on illegal activities, the construction of legal frameworks, global economic and political impacts, and how to combat crime. The research in this article has important practical significance in clarifying the dangers and threats of cybercrime and building a good social environment.
