Abstract
This study examines the impact of batik empowerment on the psychosocial aspects of female workers. The problem is the impact arising from batik empowerment activities on the psychosocial aspects of female workers, especially female workers who have a dual role as housewives. From these problems, research questions emerged: 1) what are the forms of batik empowerment activities, 2) what are the psychosocial conditions of female handwritten batik workers in Salingka Tabek, 3) what are the forms of batik leaders' policies in dealing with the psychosocial conditions of female workers, 4) what is the impact of handwritten batik empowerment on psychosocial of female workers. This research is field research. Data was obtained through observation and interviews. After the data is collected, it is processed by means of data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. Next, the data is narrated descriptively. The results are discussed with the theories put forward. This research found a positive impact of batik empowerment activities on the psychosocial aspects of female workers. The dual roles that female workers have do not diminish women's enthusiasm for achieving success. Handwritten batik empowerment activities can channel art and improve the community's economy. A sense of affection, a sense of security, mutual understanding, good cooperation can improve women's mental and psychological stress. This is what makes the psychosocial experience of female workers better with written batik empowerment activities
