Abstract

Objective To explore the similarities and differences for endoscopic findings of esophageal hiatal hernia under painless gastroscope and common endoscopic, which provide the basis for clinical diagnosis. Methods Patients were selected in January 2016 to November 2016 in The XinJiang Uygur Autonomous Region People′s hospital of Gastroenterology Department which have a clear diagnosis of sliding esophageal hiatal hernia.A total of 200 patients were done gastroscopy, painless gastroscopy in 120 cases, ordinary gastroscopy in 80 cases, the endoscopic characteristics of the two methods were prospective studied and compared. Results The common features of painless gastroscope and common gastroscope of esophageal hiatal hernia: dentate line shift、The distance from the pressure traces of the esophageal hiatus to the dentate line increases、His angle becomes flattened、cardia expansion and relaxation; The difference is that in the painless endoscopic esophageal hiatal hernia features mirror image missing: That is gastric mucosa into the esophageal cavity. Conclusion Both the painless gastroscope and the common gastroscope can accurately diagnose hiatal hernia, by grasping the two methods of different endoscopic performance, endoscopy beginnerscan accurately diagnose esophageal hiatal hernia.
