Abstract
Objective to study the predictive nursing procedure and application effect of laparoscopic esophageal hiatal hernia repair. Methods clinical data of 26 patients who received laparoscopic hiatal hernia repair combined with gastric fundus folding anti-reflux surgery in xinjiang uygur autonomous region people's hospital from June 2013 to December 2018 were collected and randomly divided into 2 groups. Control group of 13 patients, conventional nursing methods; 13 patients in the observation group were given predictive nursing methods on the basis of conventional nursing methods, and the postoperative repair and nursing satisfaction of patients in the two groups were investigated. Results the complication rate of observation group was 15.40% lower than the control group was 23.10%, patients nursing satisfaction of observation group was obviously higher than that of control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion predictive nursing of laparoscopic hiatal hernia repair and gastric folding anti reflux surgery in patients with postoperative recovery has a positive meaning, can effectively reduce the incidence of complications, improve patient care satisfaction.
