Abstract

This paper explores the quality of public administrative services offered by the Ministry of Economy and Finance of Cambodia, focusing on its role in supporting the nation’s socio-economic development. Over the last two decades, Cambodia has achieved remarkable economic progress, moving from a low-income country to a lower-middle-income country. However, despite these achievements, the public administrative services face significant challenges, including inefficiency and lack of transparency, which continue to impact the trust of the public. This paper delves into the effectiveness of these services by examining satisfaction levels, challenges, and proposals for improvement.
