Abstract

Objective To explore the sensitive clinical examination index of patients with liver cirrhosis induced by liver fluke.Methods Patients conducted with stool examinations in our hospital for treatment of hepatobiliary disease were selected.Patients with positive liver fluke infection were included to study group,and those with negative liver fluke infection were included to control group.B ultrasound examination and laboratory test results were compared between the two groups.Result Between two groups,there were significant differences in results of transaminase,bilirubin and liver spleen B ultrasound (P < 0.05).Conclusion Attention should be paid to the variety of the sensitivity index as above.
