Abstract
Objectives of this study are intended to effectively grasp the implementation and effectiveness of the transformation of scientific and technological achievements, after the promulgation and implementation of the Law on Promoting the Transformation of Scientific and Technological Achievements (Revised Case), and explore the development trend of the transformation of scientific and technological achievements in China. A total of 2,766 annual reports in 2017 from research institutes, colleges and universities were collected. Statistically analyze and report the results of the contracted amount according to the economic region, transformation form and transformation direction of scientific and technological.
