Abstract

a variation in the error of calculating the magnetic field of electrical machine parts by standard elements method and finite elements method is analyzed under the influence of such factors as the presence of narrow inclusions in the calculation area, conditions oscillation at the border, variation of magnetic characteristics of materials. The error of vector potential values is estimated at control points of angular zones of magnetic conductor and air gap. Analytical solutions of several test edge problems are used to evaluate the accuracy of the standard elements method in highly elongated narrow elements of the calculation area. The high accuracy of the applied standard elements method is confirmed.
