There are 16 patients with simultaneous laparoscopic resection of the colorectal cancer and liver metastasis surgery. The other cases were accepted laparoscopic resection the colorectal cancer plus liver metastases resection with open surgery. The mean operation time was (205.12±49.09) min. The mean account of operation bleeding loss was (296.84±376.53) ml. The mean postoperative gastrointestinal function recovery time was (2.62±0.56) d. The mean postoperative hospital stay was (13.92±6.80) d. The postoperative abdominal infection occurred in 2 cases, intestinal fistula in 1 case, 1 case with spontaneous pneumothorax. The rest were recovered well.
