Abstract

It is a trend of implementing e-commerce in every trade. Retail trade which faces consumer directly in supplying chain has mainly two kinds of modes in implementing e-commerce: B to B (the e-commerce of suppliers and retailers) and B to C(the e-commerce of retailers and consumers). B to C is more complicated than B to B in retail trade, because B to C requires the retailers to have certain delivery ability, goodwill and have perfect e-commerce knowledge, and requires consumers to have certain credit and purchasing power, etc. At present, there are many factors restraining the development of e-commerce in traditional retail trade, such as lower delivery ability, imperfect credit system and younger netizen.
