Abstract
Objective To analyse the occupational risks of new practice nursing students and the interventions. Methods The nursing students were randomly divided into control group and intervention group according to the result of the initial questionnaire, the control group was used a routine education measure, and the intervention group used intervention measures, such as small lecture, individual communication, developing safety plans, case analysis teaching and guiding the communication, after internship ends, made a questionnaire again and compared the scorings. Results The second questionnaire scorings of both groups had a significant difference comparing to the initial scorings(P<0.05), and there also had a significant difference between the two groups before and after the interventions(P<0.01). Conclusions Although the internship itself can improve the cognition of nursing students on occupational risks, but positive interventions can further enhance the cognition.
