Abstract

ample preparation is essential for isolating desired components from complex matrices and greatly influences their reliable and accurate analysis. Stir-bar-sorptive extraction (SBSE) is a new and effective sample preparation technique.A rapid method for analysis of Ultra-trace nonylphenol in the aquatic environment was developed by stir bar sorptive extraction. The extraction recoveries of nonylphenol in water were compared between SBSE and solid phase microextraction (SPME). The experimental results showed that the recovery of nonylphenol using SBSE was 23.8%-24.20% and 0.6% using SPME. The extraction conditions such as extraction time , extraction temperature ,and addition of salt were studied . The extraction time was 25 min; the extraction temperature was 25℃. did not add Sodium chloride to the sample solution before SBSE-TDs-GC-MS extraction of nonylphenol. The linear range for nonylphenol was 6-100µg/L. The detection limit (3s) for nonylphenol was 1.8 µg/L. The method has been applied to the analysis of real water samples
