Abstract

AbstractAccording to the structural characteristics of the power split planetary gear transmission system, a torsional-transverse vibration coupling model of the system is established by using lumped mass method. Two internal excitations, i.e., time-varying mesh stiffness and tooth frequency meshing error, are taken into account. Uneven load coefficients of the two-stage gear transmission system under static and dynamic conditions are calculated respectively, and the influence laws of system error, mesh stiffness and support stiffness on the load sharing characteristics of the system are obtained. The research results show that improving the gear accuracy, gear flexibility and support flexibility can improve the load sharing performance of the system.KeywordsPlanetary gear systemMesh stiffnessSupport stiffnessLoad sharing
