Abstract

For Analysis of guidance performances and influence factors for maglev curve running. This paper first investigates join-structure influences on guidance system of the neighboring bogies, which is based on kinemics modeling and simulation of double bogies system. Firstly, system structure and simplification condition are described. Secondly, mathematics model for system tracking the guideway is set up. Thirdly, elements distortions of join-structure are computed. Finally, system simulation model is established, it has obtained function curves of join-structure and analyzed influences on guidance system with experimental curves together. Results indicate that forces from joint elements almost counteract, but composition of moments is up to 15KN.m on the circular curve of radius 400m and revolving directions acting on the neighboring bogies are contrary, guidance currents will be increased to supply electromagnetic moments and avoid collisions with guideway. As one influence factor of maglev negotiating the curve, this research on join-structure is in favor of betterments of guidance controller and system structure, thereby, improving the curve negotiation capacity of guidance system.
