Abstract
In order to solve the problems existing in the cost management of distribution network engineering, this paper analyzes the factors influencing the cost of distribution network engineering by using analytic hierarchy process. The analysis results show that the factors influencing the cost of distribution network engineering in the design stage, construction stage and completion stage have a great impact on the cost of distribution network engineering. Then the fishbone diagram analysis method is used to focus on the specific influencing factors of the above three parts for further analysis, so as to find the problems existing in each influencing factor, determine the key points that need to be improved and solved, and then put forward effective targeted control measures to provide guidance and reference for the cost management of distribution network engineering.
