Abstract
Human resource management is the cornerstone of enterprise success. In the process of enterprise management and control, the design of human resource management mode is a very important part of its management. With the rapid development of economy and the changing social situation, it is more and more difficult for human resources departments to manage employees. Doing a good job in human resource management is an important factor to promote the sustainable development of enterprises, so it has important strategic significance. For enterprises, it has become a key issue for enterprises to correctly understand the methods of human resource management and select the appropriate human resource management mode according to the requirements of their own development. Enterprises no longer only manage human resources at a shallow level, nor just provide routine services for other departments, but regard human resources as a kind of value-added resources for in-depth development and management. This paper studies the function of decision tree algorithm in data mining in human resource management, and analyzes the human resource management mode and its selection factors.
