Abstract

The purpose of the study is to offer the author's approach to the integrated use of methods of analysis and evaluation of human resources development to find effective solutions for the implementation of the process of commercialization of university innovations. The scientific novelty lies in the establishment of interrelations of methods for analyzing the state of human resources of the university and the development of theoretical provisions for their assessment based on the integrated use of existing and developed methods. As a result, the debatable nature of the possibilities of the processes of measuring the parameters of human resources development and obtaining objective data of practical importance is revealed; factors influencing the innovative development of human resources are identified; methods for assessing the readiness of human resources for the transfer and commercialization of knowledge in the conditions of a modern university are determined.
