Abstract

In recent years, China's fresh E-commerce is developing rapidly. The good market prospect of the fresh industry urges major E-commerce enterprises to choose to enter the fresh field, but the distribution of fresh products always restricts the further development of it. At present, the distribution mode selected by most fresh E-commerce enterprises in China is mainly self built cold chain logistics and third-party logistics. However, due to the high distribution cost of self built cold chain logistics and the lagging development of third-party logistics, the distribution level of fresh E-commerce is restricted. It is difficult to meet the needs of customers in distribution, and customer satisfaction is not high. This paper collects and analyzes the relevant information of several distribution modes existing in domestic fresh E-commerce, then summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of these distribution modes, and puts forward some suggestions for different fresh E-commerce to choose which distribution mode.
