Abstract
This study aims to analyze the factors that affect the implementation of Sustainable Construction Management in project waste management in the National Capital City (IKN). With a quantitative approach, this study identifies the contribution of energy efficiency, water efficiency, sustainable materials and resources, as well as waste production and management to construction waste management. The results of the analysis show that energy efficiency is the factor with the highest influence, followed by sustainable materials, water efficiency, and waste management. This research provides a theoretical contribution to the construction sustainability literature and practical benefits for construction companies in optimizing waste management. The findings of the study are expected to serve as a guide for academics, practitioners, and policymakers to improve efficiency, comply with environmental regulations, and strengthen sustainability in the construction industry.
