Abstract

The article is devoted to the analytical review of two-way translation training programs for future bachelor-philologists at university’s websites. A list of qualities that made by experts of international organizations in the field of translation and its training, and should be possessed by qualified translator during interpreting process is considered. The theoretical background of special course for sight translation training is given. The main provisions of practical course, the main principles (professional, relevance, situational, activity, personal development, and integration), which form the sight translation teaching process, and goals (practical, educational, professional, emotional, cognitive, and educational), which should be considered during sight translation teaching are described. The sub-competences as a part of the professional competence of translator are analyzed
