Abstract

This study analyzes and models the energy consumption structure of China, the United States and Germany, and reveals the characteristics, trends and influencing factors of energy consumption by comparing the energy consumption of different countries. The grey GM(1,1), ARIMA, LSTM and GLVM models are used to model and forecast energy consumption, and the model results are evaluated. It is found that there are significant differences in the structure, transformation speed and influencing factors of energy consumption in different countries, which has important implications for formulating energy policies and promoting sustainable development.
