Abstract

Objective To investigate the effect of pharmaceutical intervention in diabetic patients.Methods Retrospectively analyzed 60 cases of diabetes undergoing pharmaceutical intervention in our hospital.Medication compliance,guidance satisfaction,awareness rate and control rate of blood sugar before and after the intervention were compared.Results Medication compliance and guidance satisfaction before pharmaceutical intervention were (81.4 ± 2.4) and (80.5 ± 3.4) respectively,those after pharmaceutical intervention were (95.6 ± 3.5) and (95.4 ± 3.3) respectively,with statistically significant differences (P < 0.05).Awareness rate and control rate of blood sugar before pharmaceutical intervention were 73.8% and 47.5% respectively,those after pharmaceutical intervention were 94.5% and 90.0% respectively,with statistically significant differences (P < 0.05).Conclusion Pharmaceutical intervention can make sure of diabetes patients' consciously regular medication,promote the health of patients,worthy of clinical application.
