Abstract

AbstractWe have developed a methodology for assessing the financial and economic condition of a given industry in a region based on an analysis of data on enterprises in the industry taken from open Internet sources. As an experimental material for our study, we used the data of coefficient analysis taken from the TestFirm website. As a basis for our fuzzy-multiple methodology, we took the spectrum-point methodology Audit-IT, which assesses the financial condition of an organization based on indicators of the financial position and efficiency of the organization. At the same time, the Audit-IT methodology uses the summation of points awarded for the values of nine standard coefficients. The Audit-IT methodology is easy to use, but not suitable for assessing the financial and economic condition of an entire industry. Therefore, we modified it and presented our algorithm for assessing the financial and economic condition of the industry based on the aggregation of relevant data on enterprises in the industry under study. For data aggregation, we used a system of fuzzy inference, multilevel [0, 1] - classifiers. The technique has been tested at IT enterprises in the Rostov region (OKVED 62). The analysis carried out on the basis of the methodology allowed us to identify the main trends in the financial and economic development of the IT industry in the Rostov region.KeywordsAnalysis of financial statementsComprehensive assessment of the financial and economic condition of the industry
