Abstract

The work is based on the requirements to a teacher of higher education, according to the model of digital competence of educators, on the essence of the components for the formation of three blocks of digital competencies. To assess the degree of formation of digital competencies among teachers, a survey among 19 teachers of the Institute of Optics and Information Security Technologies was conducted. Taking into account the development of teaching activities, a high degree of development of digital pedagogical technologies was established.
