Abstract

In Indonesia, most of the territorial waters are dominant occur ship accidents. One of the causes of ship accidents is the ship's electrical system that is carried out by human error worker performance, and also as a cross-ship on. According to the NTSC information, ship damages is more than 41% caused by human factors (human error). The purpose of this research was taken from the MT Delta Victory tanker ship to be able to analyze the size of the value of the human factor that affects the tanker's accidental sensitivity. In this study the method taken from this AHP by combining with the Shell Model to determine the value of its human error. The results of the study that the MT tanker accident. Delta Victory with damage from the ship's electrical system which is attributed to the human error factor is 12.7% and 17.2% which are not applied SOP. Therefore, it is necessary to plan SOP to reduce ship accidents.
