Analysis of Compliance with the Requirements of Regulatory Documents to Ensure the Safety of People on Small Vessels

Abstract

This article presents some requirements of normative documents on providing safety of navigation, use of smallsized craft on inland waterways which should be paid attention to clarify and bring them into conformity with the requirements of safety of people on water objects. The analysis of these documents is made, conflicts which do not allow to draw unequivocal conclusions on questions put to the expert at proceeding of expert examinations are highlighted.
