Abstract
Nanjing still faces many problems and challenges in terms of improving scientific and technological innovation capabilities and the development of high-tech industries. In this paper, the competitiveness of Nanjing's high-tech industry is measured by selecting competitiveness indicators to determine the strength of its competitiveness. Porter's six-element diamond model is used to analyze the existing problems in Nanjing's high-tech industry and find effective ways to improve its Competitiveness makes Nanjing's high-tech industry move towards sustainable development.
