Abstract

Objective To investigate the clinical features and risk factors of coronary artery involvement in patients with Takayasu arteritis(TA). Methods The clinical data of 28 patients with T A involving coronary arteries and 19 patients with TA Without involving coronary arteries from January 2010 to October 2018 in the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University were retrospectively analyzed, and the risk factors of TA involving coronary arteries were analyzed by Logistic regression. Results The onset age of TA involving coronary arteries was later, and the incidences of hyperlipidemia and diabetes were higher in patients with TA involving coronary arteries. Logistic regression analysis showed that age of onset and diabetes were independent risk factors for TA involving coronary artery. Conclusions Patients with late onset age and hyperlipidemia or diabetes mellitus are more likely to involve coronary arteries. Key words: Takayasu arteritis; Coronary artery; Risk factors
