Abstract

Objective To observe the effect of the interactive course diary in the patients with chronic heart failure and constipation. Methods A total of 70 cases of patients with chronic heart failure and constipation admitted to the hospital from April to September 2017 were selected as the research objects and were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, 35 cases of each group.The control group received routine nursing care of chronic heart failure patients with constipation.On the basis of the control group, the interactive nurse-patient diary was added to the experimental group. The observation indexes of the two groups after intervention were compared. Results After intervention, the knowledge score of constipation solution in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group, and the constipation symptom and efficacy score and PAC-QOL quality of life score were significantly lower than those in the control group, with statistically significant differences (P<0.05). Conclusion Using the nurse patient interaction diary to intervene the patients with chronic heart failure and constipation can significantly improve the constipation in this kind of cases, solve the knowledge awareness, get the ideal constipation symptoms relief effect, and improve the quality of life.
