Abstract
目的 探讨妇科患者在常规护理的基础上联合采用家庭式沟通护理模式的临床价值.方法 选择2008年6月至2010年6月于我院妇科住院治疗的86例患者,随机分为对照组与观察组各43例,对照组仅给予妇科常规护理,观察组在此基础上联用家庭式沟通护理模式.出院前2组患者均采用Likert量表评价患者的满意度.结果 观察组总体满意度为97.7%,明显高于对照组的86.0%.结论 妇科患者在常规护理基础上联用家庭式沟通护理模式后护理质量显著提高,该护理模式值得临床进一步推广应用。
