PT XYZ is one of the Indonesian multinational operators from several existing Business-to-Business (B2B) businesses in B2B, whose name is APN products can be developed so that they get opportunities and challenges in terms of industry requirements. The primary purpose of this paper is to analyze the cause-effect Key Performance Indicators as a measurement in Access Private network. These causes and effects will provide conclusions for the company regarding APN products using the Decision- Making Trial and Evaluation Laboratory (DEMATEL) method. The absence of systematic measurement of the quality of these services demands that PT XYZ monitor and evaluate several critical product parameters that help top management to improve their long-term business requirements and competitive factors. The Decision-Making Trial and Evaluation Laboratory (DEMATEL) method for implementation in APN can monitor operational parameters to evaluate the segmentation of several factors which have implications as Critical Factors of Success (CFS). The result studies APN services to consider the criteria influencing PDP active, PDP SR, and IP-pool factors in decision making.
