Abstract

Objective To study the clinical effect of the risk factors for severe community acquired pneumonia and it' s rational antibiotic therapy.Methods The clinical data of 44 patients with severe community-acquired pneumonia were retrospectively analyzed.Results In 44 cases,14 cases were cured,improved in 21 cases,7 patients died,and abandoned in 2 cases.Conclusions The early detection of risk factors for severe community-acquired pneumonia and rational antibiotic therapy can improve efficiency and reduce mortality.
