Abstract

Objective To analyze the common critical value reports of digestive department, and explore the nursing management strategies of critical value. Methods We collect and analyze the critical value reports of digestive department from January to December 2015. Nursing method and management methods were concluded and analyzed. Results There were 479 cases of critical value reports in all. The items with higher incidence rate were: dysfunction of coagulation (54.28%), abnormal blood potassium (10.86%), abnormal white blood cell count (6.68%), abnormal blood glucose (5.22%) and low blood sodium (3.76%). According to the result of critical value reports, the reasons of the occurrence and the corresponding treatment and nursing were analyzed and summarized. Conclusions Through the analysis of common critical values in digestive department, corresponding medical and nursing plans and processes are formulated and the nursing management method are optimized. Nursing of critical value will develop well in the accumulation of experience and continuous improvement.
