Abstract
Objective To search the cause and prevention of the complications of the blepharoplasty with ultrapulse CO2 laser and to increase clinical effect of the operation.Methods Blepharoplasty was perfomed on 495 cases with ultrapulse CO2 laser, analyzing the causes and management of the complications.Results Of the complications of all 495 cases,there were 30 cases of blood stagnation, 15 cases of delayed union of skin in cision,39 cases of overremoving or underremoving of fat and 60 cases of transient diplopia.Conclusion The understanding of the complications of blepharoplasty with ultrapulse CO2 laser is the key to improve the effect of blepharoplasty.
