Abstract

Objective To analyze and investigate the satisfaction of nurse-patient communication in outpatient, and provide the basis for the further development. Methods 187 outpatients were surveyed by a questionnaire on the nurse-patient communication satisfaction. Results The average satisfaction of patients was 61.1%. There was less than 50 percent satisfaction on initiative service, smiling serviee, and health education. Conclusion It is necessary to strengthen the communication between nurses and patients and improve patient satisfaction.
