Abstract

The home delivery service as a business model has increased significantly in recent years due to the pandemic. However, despite this, various businesses have decreased their sales or failed because they have not been able to adapt to this new way of distributing their products or have ventured without having any knowledge. In this context, this project is presented whose objective is to establish the main characteristics that allow the incursion of local restaurants to home deliveries, and that can be applicable to different places. The research method used is descriptive, based on the collection of field information and its analysis. The benefits offered by this research are applicable to local businesses in the Mixteca, Oaxaca region, but which in turn allow a broader picture of the contextualization of the problem that exists at the national and international level.
