Abstract

In this article, in order to provide reference for enhancing the quality of postgraduate education, the situation of postgraduate education was analyzed through questionnaire investigation among the postgraduates in two medical schools. Field-survey, questionnaires posted and distributed on-spot were adopted to investigate the teaching resources, academic program, scientific research and other education quality related issues. The results showed that resources, academic programs and training process of medical postgraduate education need to be improved. Medical schools should carry on with some measures to increase the investment, promote teaching reform, regulate training process and strengthen tutors' awareness of responsibility accordingly to achieve balanced development for scale and quality of postgraduate education.
