Abstract

The paper examines the relationship between income and income inequality in Vietnam during the period from 2002 to 2012 . With the survey data of household living standards in 2006-2012, using the method separates the Gini coefficient of income inequality and based on the results of empirical research , the article provides empirical evidence new contributions and the impact of income inequality in the coming years, and propose some policy suggestions to help improve living standards while not significantly increasing inequality equality of income distribution in Vietnam .
