Abstract
In order to reduce the noise interference in the weak current signal detection process, this paper presents several methods of noise reduction that are suitable for weak current measurement. The analysis of amplifier noise, low-noise technology for circuit board, anti-alias filtering, ADC filtering, Notch filters and other methods were analyzed, and the shielding effect of the guard ring was modeled and simulated by COMSOL Multi-physics software. This study has practical application significance for the collection and detection of weak current signals.
