Abstract
Mechanical behaviors of masonry structures are unfortunately not examined and generally not given enough importance by the Turkish researchers. The importance of masonry structures appears due to most of the citizens currently stay at these buildings, especially on the rural part of Turkey. In this study, only linear part of a developing structural analysis software using MATLAB presented and case studies on masonry structures are given detailed. Structural models constituted with detailed micro modeling approach following the general finite element method rules. The results are given comparatively from both literature and LUSAS software results.
