Abstract

Introduction The aim of this study is to examine whether the nutritional status of semi-professional rugby players are adapted concerning their physical activity and the playing stations of play. Synthesis of the facts A nutritional status is realized on 40 players. The glucidic and protein rations are low. The lipid rations are qualitatively unsatisfactory. The minerals content are adapted for the needs of their activity. However, only the quantity of vitamins are adapted. Conclusion About the playing station of play rugby, the energy and metabolic contributions do not answer the physiological requirements required by the activity.
