Abstract

In the juridical analysis of the investigation process of child abuse offenses (research studies in the Nongsa Police Station) aims to discuss of the research show that the process of investigating criminal acts of mistreatment carried out by children in the jurisdiction of the Nongsa Police Sector has not been carried out in accordance with the provisions of Law Number 11 of 2012, qualifications of investigators / investigators It is hoped that the assistants and the government can pay attention to the existing infrastructure by providing adequate facilities, among others, the Special Inspection Room for Children who are in conflict with the law in the Nongsa Police Station and the Temporary Child Placement Institution /Special Prison for Children (LPKS). The conclusion obtained from this study is that it is expected that adequate human resource support and community participation is still weak in the implementation of diversion and training in the judicial process of children is needed for investigators in every police station in Batam and government support in raising awareness the community related to this diversion must be further improved in the form of socialization
